What are everyones thoughts on good "cheap" software packages for website creation?

I myself being a software developer use Dreamweaver or Visual Studio 2008 with VSPhP to produce my website requirements, Mainly for work.

My own site: www.muddyenterprises.org is a little lacking as you can see, but the small amount of time I get on the computer for non work related stuff is far and few between.

dont really know about that type of software,but as more member join,the more answers we will get
